Job summary

Salados Jewellery is seeking a senior finance professional with deep expertise in gold bullion, precious metals and jewellery finance. The role focuses on bullion trading, inventory valuation, physical stock reconciliation and strong financial controls to support cash-flow management and profitability.

The candidate will lead financial reporting, liaise with banks and regulators, and drive ERP-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Finance/accounting experience in gold bullion, precious metals, jewellery or refinery
• Strong understanding of bullion trading and physical stock reconciliation
• Experience with bullion inventory accounting and valuation
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Experience dealing with auditors, banks, regulators and senior management
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting and cash-flow management
• Experience with financial reporting, audits and internal controls
• ERP implementation and management

Job description

We are looking for a senior finance professional with strong experience in gold bullion, precious metals, jewellery, refinery or DPMS operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of bullion trading, inventory valuation, physical stock reconciliation, financial controls, cash-flow management, banking, profitability analysis, taxation and financial reporting.

• Well experienced in finance/accounting, preferably in gold bullion, precious metals, jewellery and refinery
• Strong understanding of physical gold and silver trading
• Experience with bullion inventory accounting and valuation
• Gold purity, fineness, weight and valuation reconciliation
• Understanding of bullion trading operations is highly desirable
• Financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management and working-capital management
• Management of banking relationships and trade finance
• Profit/margin analysis on bullion transactions
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Financial reporting, audits and internal controls
• ERP implementation and management
