Job summary

Salados Jewellery is seeking a senior finance professional with deep expertise in gold bullion, precious metals and jewellery finance. The role focuses on bullion trading, inventory valuation, physical stock reconciliation and strong financial controls to support cash-flow management and profitability.

The candidate will lead financial reporting, liaise with banks and regulators, and drive ERP-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Finance/accounting experience in gold bullion, precious metals, jewellery or refinery
• Strong understanding of bullion trading and physical stock reconciliation
• Experience with bullion inventory accounting and valuation
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Experience dealing with auditors, banks, regulators and senior management
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting and cash-flow management
• Experience with financial reporting, audits and internal controls
• ERP implementation and management

Responsibilities

• Oversee bullion trading operations and profitability analysis
• Manage bullion inventory valuation and physical stock reconciliation
• Ensure robust financial controls and cash-flow management
• Maintain banking relationships and trade finance arrangements
• Lead financial reporting, audits and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulators
• Oversee ERP rollout and system improvements
