Job summary

Thinkit Resources seeks an experienced CFO for the META region on behalf of a global client. You will partner with the GM/MD to drive regional strategy, financial visibility and disciplined decision-making across multi-country operations, ensuring scalable governance.

Requirements include 10–15 years in finance, ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA, ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite) and BI tools; English plus a second regional language are required.

Job description

My Global client is currently looking for an experienced CFO for the META region of their organisation. 10-15 years in finance, with a proven track record as a partner to a GM/MD or regional business leader.

Be the trusted advisor to the Regional VP and a shaper of regional strategy - driving its execution through financial visibility, insight and disciplined decision-making. You will be accountable for the financial performance and governance of a multi-country region, and for converging country finance operations into a scalable regional platform.

• Has led a multi-country finance organisation, including the assessment and development of country finance leadership.
• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or local equivalent).
• Experience driving commercial negotiations and engaging externally with vendors, partners, auditors, tax authorities and banks.
• Track record of leading finance transformation - process convergence, shared service or transaction hub implementation, and ERP-enabled change.
• Systems: experience driving process improvements in ERP (Oracle NetSuite preferred); confident with BI and self-service reporting (Power BI).
• Language: English required; at least one additional regional language.
• Experience in distribution, technology or channel businesses is an advantage, as is exposure to a listed or private-equity backed environment.
