Job summary

Yello is seeking a Group CFO to lead the finance function and shape strategic financial direction for a regional diversified conglomerate. The role focuses on restructuring initiatives, capital management, and driving profitability across multi-country operations.

The incumbent will oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance while advising the executive team on financial strategy and external stakeholder relations. A proven track record in complex restructurings is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have professional qualification (ACA/CFA or CPA).
• Proven track record in restructuring is mandatory.
• Experience of managing operations in the EU is mandatory.
• Strong capital restructuring experience is mandatory.
