Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Head of Experience Design to own the end-to-end experience strategy across physical, digital, and phygital touchpoints, shaping luxury retail propositions for the Al Tayer Insignia brands on a regional and global scale.

You will translate customer insights into strategic design interventions, build a scalable XD practice, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver signature moments that balance customer delight with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven fluency in experience design frameworks and CX/UX
• Track record of designing and scaling an XD/CX practice
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to bridge business strategy with creative design and outcomes
• Retail luxury or premium omnichannel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Define Al Tayer Insignia's experience design vision and multi-year roadmaps across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints.
• Build the experience design function from scratch: methodology, standards, tools, governance, talent.
• Turn customer insights into design interventions that differentiate brands and loyalty programs.
• Set the design agenda for reinventing the experiential side of retail formats across channels and concepts.
• Govern investments and integrate design perspective into business cases and OKRs; enable innovation through experiences.
