Easy and fast to upload your CV, based in Dubai, seeks a bold, entrepreneurial CEO to lead growth across retail and food-service channels in the region. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior leadership, MBA preferred, fluent English, and a proven track record in FMCG/distribution to build enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with rising leadership responsibility.
• At least 4 years in a CEO, GM, or equivalent top-executive role.
• Proven experience in retail and/or food-service sectors (FMCG, distribution).
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Set the overall strategic direction and translate it into clear, measurable business plans.
• Own full P&L responsibility — revenue growth, profitability, cost discipline.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with retail chains, distributors, and HORECA.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a bold, entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead our company from Dubai and shape the next chapter of its growth. We operate at the heart of the value chain that serves retail and food-service players — connecting products, brands, and distribution to supermarkets, convenience, HORECA, and food-service operators across the region. We want a leader who thinks beyond the obvious: someone who can reinvent the way we create value for our customers, open new markets and channels, and build a company that is as agile as it is ambitious.

The Mandate

• Vision & strategy: Own the vision: define and drive a clear, ambitious strategy for a business serving retail and food-service customers.
• Growth & P&L: Deliver sustainable revenue, margin, and cash-flow growth while building long-term enterprise value.
• Reinvention: Think out of the box: identify new business models, channels, partnerships, categories, and revenue streams beyond the current core.
• Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team and a winning company culture.
• Stakeholders: Represent the company to the board, shareholders, key customers, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Background

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a strong track record of increasing leadership responsibility.
• Executive tenure: At least 4 years in a CEO, General Manager, or equivalent top-executive role.
• Industry: Proven experience in, or serving, the retail and/or food-service sectors (FMCG, distribution, food supply, or related B2B).
• P&L track record: Demonstrated success growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Business acumen: Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen.
• Language: Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Knowledge of the UAE / GCC market, customers, and business environment.
• Existing network across regional retail, distribution, and food-service players.
• Arabic language skills.
• Experience scaling a business, entering new markets, or leading transformation / turnaround.
