Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in engineering operations, maintenance management, or similar senior technical capacity.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering operations, maintenance, and technical initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure strict team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Direct maintenance, repairs, and optimization of building systems, infrastructure, interiors, exteriors, and guest-facing areas.
• Execute, monitor, and continuously optimize the organization's preventive maintenance program to maximize asset longevity and minimize downtime.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and contribute to strategic financial planning and annual operating budget forecasts.
• Develop, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs that build technical expertise and ensure professional standards across the engineering team.
• Conduct regular departmental meetings to communicate strategic updates, address operational challenges, and foster collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure unwavering adherence to all fire, life safety, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
• Manage inventory, assets, security protocols, and equipment to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
• Analyze engineering performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align engineering initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Make decisive, strategic decisions regarding capital investments, system upgrades, and technical implementations.
