Job summary

Aldar in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior leader to own the technology experience for employees across the Group. The role covers the service desk, end-user support, devices, audio-visual and event technology, and lifecycle management of software and hardware.

You'll shift end-user services from reactive to a proactive, experience-focused model, managing both internal teams and outsourced managed services, while driving usage, SLAs and Emiratization objectives across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy across devices, software and collaboration tools.
• Own the Group service desk and end-user support delivered through outsourced services.
• Lead audio-visual and meeting room technology across offices and corporate events.
• Oversee end-user device lifecycle, provisioning, patching and retirement.
• Manage service performance against SLAs and experience-level improvements.
• Build and lead the Digital Workspace team in alignment with Emiratization goals.
