• Showfullestcooperationandrespectwithintheteamandotherdepartments
• Isawareofthedailyactivitiesandhasproductknowledgeofallthehotelfacilities
• Createandcoordinateworkschedulesandassignpostingpositions,maximizingcoverageandoptimizingefficiencyatalltimes.
• Recordguestrequestsforluggageandvaletserviceandtrainemployeesonvenuefeaturesandservices.
• Ensuringthedriveway,lobby,entranceandbaggagestorageareasarecleanandpresentable.
• Conductingperformancereviewsandensuringthatallequipmentandsuppliesareworkingproperly
• Setanexampleforemployeesbybeingpresentandworkingduringpeakbusinessperiodsandevents.
• Abilitytoorganize,manageandsupervisethedeliveryandretrievalofluggageandthefastandefficientparkingofcarsduringlargeevents,suchaspartiesandweddings.
• Coordinateluggagedeliveriesanddistributepertinentguestarrivalanddeparturedetailstoteammembers.
• SupervisingBellmen,transferringandstoringguestluggageandrespondingtoguestrequests
• Inspectguestroomingstandardsandacquaintguestswithroomsandtheirfeatures.
• Guidinganddirectingvaletparkingoperationstoensureservicesareinalignmentwithguestexpectationsandestablishedstandards.
• Supervisetheactivitiesdirectlyrelatedtoprovidingvaletparking-relatedserviceswhileensuringthesafetyandsecurityofallvehicles.

• Preferably has experience in the same role in a 4-5 star hotel
