Job summary

The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an experienced Chef Tournant for the Cold Kitchen to oversee preparation and presentation of cold dishes. You will lead the team, ensure quality, and uphold sanitation standards in a busy resort kitchen.

Based at The Cove Rotana Resort, you will train junior staff and collaborate on new menu items, while maintaining strict safety guidelines and high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef Tournant or similar in a professional kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of cold food preparation, presentation and plating.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary school certification or equivalent training is a plus.
