Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
• HACCP and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to work fast, accurately and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and garnish orders per recipes, specs and Paramount standards.
• Maintain highest quality, consistency and presentation across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Own your section: set up, keep mise en place, equipment ready.
• Check delivered products for quality and quantity; report shortages or issues.
• Maintain accurate prep and presentation specs for dishes in your section.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine and other kitchen sections.
• Support cost control and waste management while preserving quality.
• Assist with buffet presentation and hotel culinary experiences.
• Stay proactive and creative to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
