Job summary

One&Only The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its luxury kitchen. You will oversee your station, ensure high quality dishes, and support senior chefs during service.

The role requires 2–4 years in a 5-star hotel or resort kitchen, strong culinary knowledge, and English proficiency. You will train junior staff and work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in upscale 5-star hotel or resort kitchen.
• Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes for your designated section according to kitchen standards.
• Assist with creation of menu items and daily specials.
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and minimize waste while coordinating with other sections.
