Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a station in the luxury hotel kitchen, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes and professional service in line with Hyatt's standards.

The role requires previous chef de partie or demi chef de partie experience in a hotel or large restaurant, ideally within luxury brands, and Arabic language skills with hands-on Arabic cuisine.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Arabic Speaker & Hands on with Arabic Cuisine is a must.
