Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen station, ensuring high-quality Arabic cuisine and top-tier service. The role supports Hyatt International standards and brand concepts in a luxury hotel environment.

The candidate should have prior Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience, preferably in luxury international brands, and be fluent in Arabic with hands-on Arabic cuisine expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and health & safety standards.
• Arabic speaker with hands-on Arabic cuisine is a must.

Job description

• You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

• The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partiein a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.

• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

• Arabic Speaker & Hands on with Arabic Cuisine is a must
