Dorchester Collection’s The Lana Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to uphold exceptional standards in food quality, safety and presentation. You will work with the Sous Chef to develop menus, ensure timely service and maintain high kitchen discipline.

You bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for craft. English is the primary language; you will thrive in a high-end, collaborative kitchen environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie with experience in high-end hotel kitchens.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality control, proper rotation and high standard service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes in line with recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef on menu changes, specials and seasonal activities.
