The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai, invites applications for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in delivering exceptional cuisine and guest experiences every day. You’ll join a passionate team within our luxury collection and contribute to a dining story that guests remember.

• Maintain food quality control, rotation, service and high standards of food to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Prepare, cook and present food adhering to food safety standards.
• Bring the values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity to life and lead culinary execution.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef on menu changes, specials, shortages and seasonal activities.
• Stay up to date with culinary trends, be creative and skilled in the art of cookery.
