Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a premium Mediterranean restaurant.
• Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, including regional specialties from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, and surrounding regions.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• HACCP, food safety, and kitchen cost management knowledge.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
