Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie – Mediterranean Cuisine to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality Mediterranean dishes in line with Hyatt's brand standards.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, support daily kitchen operations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene while fostering a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or premium Mediterranean restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned kitchen section and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality Mediterranean dishes.
• Maintain highest standards of food safety and hygiene in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
