Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi invites a senior leader to head the Chartering team, guiding commercial strategies across tendering for Charter In/Out and ensuring alignment with the company objectives and best practices. You will develop analyses, provide interpretations to the direct manager, and oversee a skilled team to deliver profitable opportunities.

You will supervise the commercial function, contribute to monthly reports, and drive improvement initiatives in line with ISO

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial and chartering.
Experience in Offshore Industry (Offshore/Onshore).
Regional GCC experience with IOC/NOC/EPC.
Understanding of Market Trends.
Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement.
Ability to prepare profitability models.
Ability to develop commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

Participates in formulating tender strategies for Charter In/Out to secure awards.
Supervise and coordinate commercial team activities to meet objectives.
Develops short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies; assist in commercial strategy.
Attend Clients’ and Contractors meetings related to tendering (Charter In/Out).
Support Commercial Manager in delivering department objectives and process compliance.
Reviews Monthly Management Reports; prepares summaries and recommends actions.
Identify areas for performance improvement with other Commercial Sections.
