Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned business planning and contracts professional to lead marine services strategy, manage risk and drive revenue growth through new opportunities and successful tenders.

You will oversee planning, reporting, commercial evaluation, and stakeholder negotiations, collaborating across units to secure contract wins while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Business Management, Maritime, Shipping, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English for reports and communications.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports Marine Services through management reporting, evaluation of business risks, negotiation support, identification of new business opportunities, customer acquisition, contract wins, revenue growth initiatives, and coordination of plans to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provides expertise on business planning, information analysis, benchmarking, financial and cost analysis, capital investment analysis, contract performance, and tendering matters.
• Develops long- and short-term strategic plans, performance reports, and KPIs; conducts market analysis and benchmarking.
• Drives customer acquisition, coordinates tender responses, and supports negotiations and contract administration.
• Tracks growth targets, pipeline value, and revenue from new business; prepares tender documents and commercial proposals.
