Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant in Abu Dhabi to support transformation initiatives with a strong focus on AI adoption. The role requires regional client experience, preferably in the public sector, and the ability to translate AI concepts into practical adoption and change strategies.

This is a 4 months contract with potential to extend, offering a hands-on opportunity to design and implement change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and advise on

Qualifications

• Experience in change management / organizational transformation.
• At least one client engagement in the Middle East, ideally within the public sector.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models and AI adoption practices.
• Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including potential risks and poor practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies for transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers and organizational requirements.
• Develop communication, engagement and adoption approaches to support successful transformation.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of AI fundamentals, including frontier models, AI adoption standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Advise clients on effective AI adoption approaches, including key good practices, risks and common pitfalls.
• Support client workshops, stakeholder engagement and transformation activities across the region.
• Contribute to adoption frameworks, roadmaps and recommendations for AI and digital transformation programs.
