Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking a proactive Change Management Analyst to support adoption of business, technology, and process changes. You will assess impacts, engage stakeholders, coordinate communications, and monitor readiness across user groups.

You will work with Change Managers, PMs, BAs, Product Owners, and learning teams to ensure change activities are structured, timely, and measurable, aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change or related programs.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and readiness assessments.
• Ability to translate complex transformation information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain structured change plans, trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate communications and learning activities for stakeholders.
• Support adoption across user groups and monitor readiness.
• Collaborate with Change Managers, PMs, BAs, Product Owners, and learning teams.
• Translate complex transformation information into clear communications.
