Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive Change Management Analyst in Abu Dhabi to support adoption of business, technology, and organizational changes. You will assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and coordinate communications and learning activities to drive readiness and sustainable change.

The role collaborates with Change Managers, Project Managers, BAs, Product Owners, and learning teams to ensure change activities are structured, timely, and measurable across affected user groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change, digital transformation, or related programs.
• Ability to translate complex transformation information into clear communications.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze change impacts and stakeholder readiness to support adoption.
• Coordinate communications and learning activities across user groups.
• Maintain structured change plans, trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Support change managers and project teams to ensure timely, measurable change activities.
