Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a CFO Office Business Partner for PMO and executive reporting in Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with the CFO’s teams across Corporate and Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement, delivering dashboards, reports and governance across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in PMO or finance operations, is fluent in Tagalog, and can communicate confidently with senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant PMO, business operations, finance operations or corporate finance support experience.
• Experience in a large, complex, multi-department organization.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards and reports.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with project tracking, governance, risk management or audit coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up abilities.
• Confident communication with senior executives and multiple departments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Tagalog is required.
• Professional, fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Knowledge of Teams and PM tools is an advantage.
• MBA, PMP, PMO or related certification beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and CFO Office in delivering key business priorities.
• Coordinate activities across Corporate Finance, Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical, Legal and CEO’s Office.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards and management reports for executives and committees.
• Gather and organize project information, financial data and supporting documents.
• Maintain project databases, trackers and data-room folders.
• Track deadlines, milestones, dependencies and actions; follow up to ensure completion.
• Maintain RAID logs for risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Highlight delays and risks needing management attention.
• Support audit, compliance and legal documentation requirements.
• Strengthen PMO processes, reporting standards and governance across CFO portfolio.
• Provide professional executive support to CFO when required.
