Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a skilled Front End Revenue Cycle Consultant in Dubai to configure patient registration and scheduling workflows within Cerner. The role involves testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect resolution with offshore teams, and providing tier-2 support for patient access processes.

You will train staff, maintain runbooks and SOPs, and monitor front-end performance to optimize throughput and accuracy in patient registration and scheduling operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Cerner front-end revenue cycle implementation or support.
• Experience configuring patient registration and scheduling workflows.
• Experience with unit, integration, and UAT testing and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure patient registration parameters, scheduling rules, and eligibility checking per design specs.
• Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; document outcomes and manage defect resolution with offshore teams.
• Provide tier-2 support for patient access workflows.
• Train registration and scheduling staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Monitor front-end transaction performance and recommend optimizations.
