Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to optimize Oracle Health/Cerner medication-management systems in a Dubai-based role. You will serve as a functional expert for PharmNet, PBM, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, and Retail PharmNet, ensuring safe and standardized pharmacy workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare IT or pharmacy informatics, hands-on experience with Cerner PharmNet, and certification in ITIL/PMP/CPHIMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare IT, pharmacy informatics, or clinical application-support experience.
• Hands-on experience with PharmNet, PBM, Retail PharmNet, or equivalent pharmacy information systems.
• Strong understanding of medication-management processes, pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and patient safety.
• Experience in application support, testing, implementation, and end-user training.
• Health Informatics, Pharmacy Informatics, ITIL, PMP, or CPHIMS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner PharmNet, PBM, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, and Retail PharmNet applications.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for medication-management workflows, pharmacy informatics, and retail pharmacy operations.
• Resolve application incidents, analyse issues, and coordinate enhancements with users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Support system upgrades, testing, release management, and implementation activities.
• Improve medication safety, clinical workflows, and process standardisation across pharmacy services.
• Lead or support AI and automation initiatives within pharmacy and medication-management processes.
