Job summary

Confidential Company in Sharjah seeks a CCR Operator to manage plant operation and process control of crushers, graders, mixers and packers, ensuring steady production. You will trouble-shoot operational problems, select process set points, coordinate with production and quality teams, and report daily production and material stock.

PLC knowledge and safety lockout awareness are required. Candidates with a Diploma in chemical engineering or a BSc in Chemistry and 7–10 years cement-plant CCR

Qualifications

• Diploma in chemical engineering with 7–10 years in cement plant as CCR Operator.
• BSc Chemistry with 7–10 years in cement plant as CCR Operator.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Plant Operation and Process Control of the crusher, grader and mixer and packer.
• Trouble Shooting Operational Problems and taking actions to ensure run the equipment in steady trend on continuous basis.
• Coordination with production supervisor and quality team for the smooth operation of the plant.
• Responsible for reporting to the production supervisor with daily production reports and raw material stock & requirement.

Job description

Responsible for Plant Operation and Process Control of the crusher, grader and mixer and packer.Trouble Shooting Operational Problems and taking actions to ensure run the equipment in steady trend on continuous basis.The CCR Operator is responsible for safely starting up and shutting down the process, selecting process set points and other operating parameters, and running the process to attain target results.Coordination with production supervisor and quality team for the smooth operation of the plant.Responsible for reporting to the production supervisor with daily production reports and raw material stock & requirement.Should have basic knowledge about PLC.Awareness of safety practices lock out procedures in case of shutdown or any emergency situations occurred during the operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in chemical engineering with minimum 7 -10 years of experience in cement plant as CCR Operator.

BSc Chemistry with minimum 7 -10 years of experience in cement plant as CCR Operator.
