Job summary

Durucooperation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Plant Operator for the Ready-Mix batching plant. You will operate and monitor plant controls to ensure accurate concrete production per design and schedule.

The role requires 2–6 years of RMC experience, hands-on batching plant operation, knowledge of mix designs and materials, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Plant Operator in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry.
• Hands-on experience operating concrete batching plants.
• Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, raw materials, and production processes.
• Familiarity with plant control panels and automated/manual batching systems.
• Basic understanding of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the RMC batching plant and control systems.
• Produce concrete as per approved mix designs, grades, and production schedules.
• Control and monitor the accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
• Check plant equipment, conveyors, mixers, silos, hoppers, and related systems before and during operations.
• Monitor production parameters and identify equipment or operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team, laboratory, dispatchers, drivers, and site teams for smooth concrete production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, material consumption, and equipment logs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report major breakdowns or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant and surrounding work areas.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and HSE/safety requirements at all times.
