Job summary

Innovations Global in Dubai seeks a cement mill operator to assist Miller in running the cement mill per QA standards. You will monitor PLC-controlled processes, optimize performance, and coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent production losses.

The role requires a Diploma with 3–5 years of cement industry experience; Arabic or Tagalog speakers are preferred. The package includes AED 5,000 per month plus accommodation and transportation.

Qualifications

• Diploma required for the role.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Arabic or Tagalog language skills are required.
• Cement industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Miller in operating the mill per QA department parameters.
• Monitor PLC-based production processes with Miller and regulate performance.
• Control residue targets and prevent production loss.
• Provide accurate feedback and reports to Millers or the Shift Engineer and Maintenance Department.
• Maintain data logs of processes, material consumption, and power usage during the shift.
• Follow lab department instructions on cement grinding quality and silo filling with Miller during start-up.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by HOD, especially in Miller absence.
