Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking an experienced CBSE specialist tutor in Dubai to support AISSE and AISSCE exam preparation. You will deliver personalised, student-centered instruction aligned with CBSE curricula, strengthening subject knowledge and exam techniques.

Roles include one-to-one or small-group tuition, assessment of progress, and collaboration with other specialists. MOHRE Tutor Permit eligibility and UAE work authorization are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Education or CBSE subject specialization.
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligible to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years CBSE teaching or tutoring.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE exams and assessment standards.
• Willingness to work in Dubai and UAE requirements.
• Experience delivering one-to-one or small-group tuition.

About the Role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CBSE, AISSE & AISSCE Specialist Tutorto support students following the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. You will provide personalised academic support for students preparing for the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE), helping learners strengthen subject knowledge, improve examination techniques, and achieve their academic goals through engaging, student-centred instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Assess students' academic strengths, learning gaps, and examination readiness

Deliver personalised tuition aligned with the latest CBSE curriculum and examination specifications

Teach subject content using effective instructional strategies and differentiated learning approaches

Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Prepare students for school assessments, AISSE, and AISSCE board examinations

Use past papers, marking schemes, and examination strategies to maximise performance

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Collaborate with Simone's Tutoring specialists to provide holistic academic support

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or the relevant subject specialisation

MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

Minimum 2 years' experience teaching or tutoring the CBSE curriculum

Strong knowledge of CBSE examination requirements and assessment standards

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Education or a related discipline

B.Ed., PGCE, or recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching Classes IX–XII

Experience preparing students for competitive entrance examinations alongside CBSE studies

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Compensation
Earn 60% commission on all checked-in, completed, and fully paid student lessons and packages.
Commission is calculated after the student's payment has been received by Simone's Tutoring.
Payments are processed monthly.
Tutors are engaged as independent contractors and manage their own tax and visa obligations.
Additional earnings may be available through workshops, holiday programmes, group classes, and corporate training opportunities.
