eMinds is seeking a Reporting & Analysis Specialist to own the data engine for the Local Business Management program in Dubai. The role centers on consolidating data, building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and delivering timely reports to VP-level leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in reporting/BI, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business / Statistics / Data Science / IS or related field.
• 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or BI (telecom experience a plus).
• Proficient with Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales Planning and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze sales and ops data across zones.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards used by leadership.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc management reports with KPIs and trends.
• Perform customer engagement analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose strategic actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning, Products, and Area Managers on needs.
