Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to enhance the catalog experience and customer CX in Amazon Now. You will lead data-driven initiatives that improve product listings, search accuracy, and operational efficiency across teams.

You will analyze metrics, partner with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive SOPs that reduce discrepancies while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with analytics tools like SAS, PowerBI or Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product listing is accurate for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of products and reduce discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to set up efficient processes and SOPs.
• Work with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements that affect catalog management workflows.
• Drive data oriented analysis, adoption of solutions and process improvement projects to achieve goals.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on milestones, changes and escalations.
