Cash Product Development Lead

Job summary

Arab African International Bank seeks a seasoned professional to drive cash management product programs in Dubai. You will collaborate with operations, branches and technology teams to refine offerings, analyze revenue, and ensure compliant, market-ready solutions across trade finance, pricing and digital channels.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, market benchmarking, and delivering customer-centric product roadmaps for Business Banking, SME, Corporate Banking and FI segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or any related discipline.
• Senior Officer with 5+ years of experience related to cash management; preferably with prior experience in Operations or Branches.
• Officer: Minimum 3 years of related cash management experience; preferably in Operations or Branches.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and complete product programs related to trade finance, cash, pricing, collaterals, legal and other stakeholders.
• Study product gaps, weaknesses and opportunities and discuss with Product Development Manager to increase market penetration and commercialization.
• Coordinate and align with relevant stakeholders for the completion of project and products delivery.
• Provide Product Development Manager with periodic review and updates regarding projects, products, customers, etc.
• Analyze revenue reporting and ensure no or minimal revenue leakages.
• Engage with Technology teams for product development initiatives.
• Identify customer needs and participate in defining and prioritizing channels and products roadmaps.
• Liaise with customers and ensure that GTB products and solutions are properly delivered.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions and capabilities that enhance the online channels’ ability to attract and retain GTB clients.
• Work with various stakeholders to enhance existing products or to develop new products, based on customer needs, competitor benchmarking, and market research.
• Monitor and analyze client and industry trends including competitor banks’ product capabilities to develop insights, product offering, and potential solutions for our clients.
• Obtain and complete Product documentation and ensure approvals by required stakeholders (e.g., Product Brochures, Customer Agreements, Setup Forms).
• Finalize all audit, legal, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations associated with the delivery of GTB products and services are addressed and documentations are in place duly approved.
• Participate in building and enhancing digital platforms related to GTB products, including online and mobile banking, to all Commercial segments (Business Banking, SME, Corporate Banking and FI).
• Establish and build a sustainable organization for GTB products to all business segments (Business banking, SME, Corporate Banking and FI).
