Job summary

Jams HR Solutions FZE is seeking a skilled Cargo Operations Supervisor in Dubai to oversee loading, unloading, and storage while ensuring timely delivery. You will manage a team of cargo handlers, assign tasks, and maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with logistics software and MS Office. You will liaise with clients and shipping lines to optimize operations and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in cargo handling, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
