Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Cargo Revenue Management professional to optimize capacity across the hub network in liaison with Cargo Commercial team. You will drive yield, monitor pricing, and ensure on-time bookings and KPI delivery.

You will analyse cargo mix, prepare revenue reports, coordinate with GHAs and trucking, and ensure compliance with IATA/Tact regulations while delivering competitive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cargo revenue management or sales, 3+ years in airline industry.
• Training in cargo pricing and capacity management is essential.
• Knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations and airline cargo operations.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues and propose solutions.
• Strong numerical skills and experience delivering KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo capacity optimization across hub networks with load planning.
• Surpass revenue targets via capacity control and yield management.
• Monitor pricing with cargo sales and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure all forward booking requests are raised, approved and tracked.
• Analyse cargo mix and yield trends to support pricing decisions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly trends, tonnage and revenue reports.
• Coordinate intra-UAE trucking for corporate shipments and VAL cargo.
