Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Cargo Revenue Accounting Officer in Al Ain to oversee cargo revenue accounting across the end-to-end revenue cycle. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with policies, regulations, and service levels, working with Cargo Operations, Commercial, Finance, Stations, and agents.

You will lead a team, monitor billing cycles, and drive continuous process improvements while maintaining strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in accounting/finance required.
• 4–5 years in cargo revenue accounting or related airline finance roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CASS, SIS, billing, reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo revenue accounting and billing activities with timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure transactions are correctly recorded and compliant with timelines and controls.
• Monitor billing cycles and address delays or exceptions proactively.
• Ensure effective reconciliation between CASS, SIS and other systems.
• Oversee revenue adjustments, credits, and post-billing corrections.
• Lead quality assurance and maintain strong internal controls; drive process improvements.
