Job summary

Emirates is hiring a Cargo Operations Agent to join the Safety team. You will manage cargo handling and processing in a busy warehouse and airside area to meet service and safety targets.

You will supervise a team, inspect goods, coordinate with customs and authorities, ensure IATA Dangerous Goods and GDP compliance, and optimise cargo loading and delivery to protect quality and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of aircraft, ramp, and cargo terminal handling procedures.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team to handle and process cargo with safety, quality and efficiency.
• Inspect, verify and count goods; update shipment details for tracking.
• Coordinate with customs, health and police to move cargo timely.
• Ensure compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and GDP requirements.
• Monitor loading/unloading and plan cargo into ULDs to optimize capacity.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure service standards.
