Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to at least high school level with specialization in cargo handling operations.
• Successful completion of cargo and dangerous goods courses, plus courses in live animals, aircraft weight and balance, and general cargo procedures.
• At least 3 years of cargo operations experience.

Responsibilities

• On a shift basis, manage and complete tasks within a defined timeframe in the cargo warehouse operation.
• Monitor inbound quality and optimize onward connections to maximize revenue and improve messaging (FWB/FHL, SHCs, Cargo IQ).
• Implement best practices and gain buy-in from service providers to reduce discrepancies and improve capacity utilization.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including Health, Security and Safety (PPE, proper ULD lashings).
