Job summary

Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a Cargo Controller to ensure accurate cargo documentation, booking validation, and volume reconciliation across terminal operations. You will align cargo movements with billing requirements, support compliance, customer service, and financial integrity.

Qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain, 2–4 years of cargo documentation or terminal operations experience, proficiency with TOS or similar systems, and strong Excel/data analysis

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cargo documentation standards and customs procedures.
• Proficient in English; Arabic preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Verify booking details, container numbers, and cargo types against manifests and system entries.
• Ensure all import/export documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain awareness of hazardous, Reefer, OOG, Break Bulk cargo documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
• Update TOS with cargo status, container movements, and booking references for real-time invoicing.
