Job summary

Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a logistics administrative coordinator to support import and export activities. You will coordinate documentation, liaise with internal departments, and ensure timely execution of planned jobs while maintaining HSSE standards.

Candidates should have 4-5 years in logistics or supply chain, a high school diploma (preferably with diplomas in logistics/shipping/export), and basic English.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with diplomas in logistics/shipping/export preferred.
• Basic English communication; knowledge of a sub-continent Asian language desirable.
• 4-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate imports and exports with internal departments.
• Execute jobs planned with efficient container movement.
• Monitor and ensure a smooth flow of containers and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with Administration to ensure planned jobs are ready for operations.
• Coordinate with Stock Controller on stock-related issues.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Escalate and report service issues to avoid container rejection or delays.
• Report all container rejections and update reports daily; comply with HSSE policy.
