Job summary

Pentabell is seeking a skilled CARDS MIS Specialist for one of its clients in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering accurate MIS through recurring reporting, campaign analytics, portfolio insights, dashboarding and controlled automation.

You will produce and maintain daily to ad-hoc MIS, build Power BI dashboards, define KPIs, translate campaign rules into customer selections, and perform deep portfolio analysis across channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, finance or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI with data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL, Python and PySpark; Hive/Hadoop experience is a plus.
• Dashboard development and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc cards MIS for customers, accounts, cards, transactions, spend, merchants, channels and products.
• Build and refresh Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting packs.
• Define KPIs and explain trends, variances and exceptions.
• Translate campaign rules into accurate customer selections, execute fulfilment and cashback validation, and perform pre/post-campaign analysis.
• Analyze portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, usage, loyalty, co-branding, cross-border ecommerce and merchant segments.
• Query and transform large datasets using SQL on Hive/Hadoop, Python and PySpark.
• Automate repeatable workflows and improve turnaround time.
