Job summary

Client of Salt in Dubai is seeking an experienced Cards System Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting requirements, solution design, integrations, testing and delivery for card-related systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WAY4 or First Vision, strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman, AWS/Azure, and PCI DSS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, system flows, interface definitions, and data mappings.
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing and coordinate defect resolution.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, security, and operations teams.
• Ensure solutions align with PCI DSS compliance and audit requirements.

Job description

We re looking for an experienced Cards System Analyst with strong Credit Card Debit Card domain knowledge to join our team This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams supporting requirements solution design integrations testing and delivery for card-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze document and validate business and functional requirements
• Prepare functional specifications system flows interface definitions and data mappings
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
• Work closely with development infrastructure architecture security and operations teams
• Support SIT UAT and regression testing and coordinate defect resolution
• Work with external vendors and third-party system providers
• Prepare solution and architecture documentation
• Ensure solutions align with security compliance and audit requirements including PCI DSS

Requirements

• Strong experience with Credit Card or Debit Card systems
• Good understanding of the card transaction lifecycle including card issuance authorization clearing and settlement
• Experience with card scheme integrations card controls and digital customer servicing workflows
• Hands-on experience with card management systems such as WAY4 First Vision or similar platforms
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills using Oracle and or Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Jira Confluence and Postman
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic WebSphere
• Exposure to AWS and or Azure including cloud-hosted applications and hybrid environments
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
