Job summary

Medtronic in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Supervisor for Cardiovascular Therapies to drive growth across Interventional Cardiology, RDN and Structural Heart in the UAE. You will manage sales and clinical support teams, align with commercial plans, and foster relationships with hospitals and key clinicians to increase adoption of cardiovascular technologies.

Candidates should have extensive UAE market knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum six years of relevant sales, commercial or clinical experience in medical devices, medtech or healthcare.
• Strong UAE cardiovascular market knowledge and relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Experience supervising, coaching or coordinating sales or clinical support professionals.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage tenders, contracting and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account sales plans for Interventional Cardiology, RDN & Structural Heart in the UAE.
• Achieve revenue, market-share, product-adoption and account-growth objectives.
• Promote cardiovascular products to new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and penetrate underdeveloped accounts.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide forecasts, updates and reports.
• Support new product launches and commercialization activities across the UAE.
• Supervise daily activities of assigned sales and clinical support team members.
• Provide field coaching, product guidance and support during customer meetings.
• Coordinate with hospital stakeholders including interventional cardiologists, cath lab managers and procurement.

Education
