Job summary

Amgen in the UAE is seeking a District Promotion Manager to enhance revenue and market share by leading promotion activities and coaching the field force across the district. You will translate Amgen brand strategy into regional plans and drive customer-centric initiatives with internal partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of people management experience in UAE or Gulf region.
Experience managing sales teams is required.
Minimum 5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales within UAE.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM databases and MS Office.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Residency in Dubai, UAE and possession of local legal qualifications.

Responsibilities

Design & Implement Sales force/Customer Engagement strategy.
Lead & Coach sales team.
Collaborate with brand team and drive customer-centric strategies with internal partners.
Translate Amgen brand strategy into regional plans to deliver treatments.
Analyze the sales performance of brands in the district and identify levers for action.
Monitor market changes and competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation.
Ensure implementation of Marketing/Commercial tactics via territory plans.
Oversee marketing messages and programs and budget allocation.
Supervise plan execution across sales cycles within budget, costs, compliance and quality.
