Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of people management experience in UAE or Gulf region.
• Experience in managing sales teams is required.
• 5+ years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales within UAE.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Residency in Dubai, UAE and fluency in English.
