ALBA CARS in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue, engage with customers, and demonstrate vehicle features. You will actively promote our extensive vehicle inventory and promotions to deliver an exceptional buying experience.

Based in Dubai, you will maintain in-depth knowledge of inventory and promotions, build strong relationships for loyalty and repeat business, and strive to exceed monthly targets through proactive outreach and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Experience in UAE car market is advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ALBA CARS.
Located in the heart of Dubai, ALBA CARS is a leading used car dealership known for its extensive inventory of high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Location Requirement

This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and promotions
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance

Pay

£4,200 – £12,800 per month (basic salary plus commission, based on performance)

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• A passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred
• Multilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales
• Experience in the UAE car market is an added advantage
