Job summary

ALBA CARS is seeking a Car Detailing Supervisor in Dubai to lead the vehicle preparation team and ensure top-quality finish for showroom displays and customer handovers. You will organize daily work, supervise cleaning, and guarantee on-time readiness.

Responsibilities include planning, training, quality checks, and cross-team coordination with After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales. A strong eye for detail and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive detailing experience with team supervision.
• Knowledge of interiors, paintwork, detailing products and safe cleaning methods.
• Strong eye for detail and consistent quality control approach.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication and practical problem-solving abilities.

• Monitor supplies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Keep records of completed work and outstanding tasks.

We’re looking for a Car Detailing Supervisor to lead vehicle preparation and quality control at ALBA CARS. You’ll organise the detailing team’s daily work, inspect completed vehicles, and make sure every car is ready for showroom display or customer handover on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily detailing work based on vehicle priorities and handover deadlines.
• Supervise interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and final vehicle preparation.
• Inspect completed vehicles and arrange any necessary rework before sign-off.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or condition concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales teams to keep preparation on schedule.
• Train and guide detailers on techniques, safe product use, and vehicle presentation standards.
• Monitor detailing supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Keep clear records of completed work and outstanding tasks.

Requirements

• Proven automotive detailing experience, including experience leading or supervising a team.
• Good knowledge of vehicle interiors, paintwork, detailing products, and safe cleaning methods.
• A strong eye for detail and a consistent approach to quality control.
• Ability to organise several vehicles and deadlines at once.
• Clear communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
