Job summary

Alba Cars in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Car Detailing Supervisor to lead vehicle preparation and quality control. You will organize the detailing team's daily work and ensure on-time showroom handover.

Responsibilities include supervising interior and exterior cleaning, inspecting finished vehicles for quality, coordinating with other teams to keep prep on schedule, and training detailers to presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive detailing experience with team leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of interiors, paint, detailing products and safe methods.
• Excellent eye for detail and consistent quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily detailing work based on vehicle priorities and handover deadlines.
• Supervise interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and final vehicle preparation.
• Inspect completed vehicles and arrange any necessary rework before sign-off.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or condition concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales teams to stay on schedule.
• Train and guide detailers on techniques, safe product use, and presentation standards.
• Monitor detailing supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Keep clear records of completed work and outstanding tasks.
