The role requires excellent communication, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently to meet monthly targets. English is essential; Arabic knowledge is a plus. A UAE driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp/social media skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities via calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, referrals.
• Promote and sell car detailing services, including detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, and paint protection.
• Respond to inquiries and provide pricing information.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable detailing packages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, and sales.
• Coordinate with detailing team to ensure smooth bookings and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports to management.
