Job summary

First Choice Cars (First Choice Used Cars TR LLC) in Sharjah is seeking an Automotive Sales Executive to manage customers from initial contact to delivery, present vehicles, and coordinate finance and export documentation. Prior car sales experience is an advantage, but candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong customer focus are welcome.

The role covers showroom engagement, sales targets, and export documentation, with a full-time, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong customer service record; car sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with high-value customers is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Russian/Tagalog/French is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, in person and over the phone.
• Professional appearance, friendly manner and positive attitude, with a competitive but customer-focused approach.
• Flexible on working hours to meet sales targets.
• Valid driving license.
• Computer literate, including email, Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs and budget, and recommend suitable vehicles from stock.
• Present vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide attentive after-sales service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and negotiate sale prices and trade-in values.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the brands and models we sell.
• Guide customers through financing options and complete the required paperwork.
• Coordinate export documentation and procedures for international vehicle sales.
